This is a very bulky item. It’s largely plastic and feels very poor quality for the price

The product was previously opened and assembled , resulting in dents and scratches. I had not selected a “used” or “previously opened” option, so expected a new, unopened product. Wayfair did opt to give me a partial refund if I chose to keep it, which was generous. I give Wayfairs handling of the issue 5 stars
