Sturdy and all pieces came as described.

Well, this truly is my first recommendation of this item. I think my shower wall is to thin, because the plastic case that come with it , didn't fit and made it more difficult to install the valve. Also becarefull don't cut the old pex lines to to much. I did that and made it harder to connect. I guess my only complaint is that it doesn't come with the handle or shower plate. You have to buy it separately. I hope this review helps.

Loved the artifact valve trim but after purchasing this and looking into installation, there are nothing but problems with this diverter valve leaking. I called Kohler and they haven't done any changes to the design to improve it, so it had to go back. Went with Delta valve instead. Bummer because Kohler trim was exactly what I wanted, but I do t want to hassel of having to replace a broken cartridge repeatedly.
