Beautiful piece from Kohler. I haven't installed it yet as i am in the renovation process of my bathroom. i wanted to write this review for future reference for buyers of big items ( i had some reservations as i was a first time buyer for that kind of heavy item).But to get to the point, i had read your policy regarding the delivery process. it said you are supposed to get a phone call 30 minutes prior delivery, Never got that call. And when the delivery guy showed up, he said " we never call ahead for that type of delivery"??? Then i asked him if we could open the box while he was there, just to make sure everything was okay. Again he said : I do not have time for that. So like i said being very new at this, i wanted to do everything by the book. Thankfully nothing was damaged. Heads up people.

I ordered this brown for our powder room in our new home. Everyone loves not only the color but the feel of it. You can not help but run your hands over the smooth sleek finish. Loving the look and the ease of cleaning it too. Pros: Easy to clean. Modern looking yet works beautifully ina craftsman style home. Cons: Wish it had an overflow hole. With young grandchildren using this room, an overflow would be great!
