I needed this part asap, and Perigold not only had the best shipping timeframe but also the best price. Very satisfied with Perigold's servcie. As for the Flush valve, the basic design is very poor and prone or programmed to break. In that regard, Kohler needs to come up with a better design. (( The 5 stars are for Perigold NOT Kohler's valve ))

The new flush tower is compatible with the original part. It would be great if you could improve/strengthen the shaft with locking tab & the recever it mates to, as they are made of plastic and the locking tab is prone to snapping off after repeated flushes.

I bought this item month ago and it looks great and easy to install
