Make sure the plumber reads the directions and installs it in the correct orientation otherwise when you install the trim, if you try to turn on shower, spout or hand held will turn on instead.

very well built, quality part. Make sure you get the trim kit at the same time so you can set the proper valve depth. Different trim kits require different valve depths.
