I cared for this per the manual and all of a sudden the waffles started sticking. I thought maybe it was my recipe because I tried a new one but after 3 different recipes, still sticking. Terrible!

I am happy with the elite, but was surprised that it didn't store similarly to the other multi-grill products. It's large and takes a lot of horizontal space - I wish it could be stored vertically and stored the extra plates. Also, the waffle pans are NOT reversible like other products sold by greenpan. Basically, online shopping is tricky! My only other complaint is that the countdown timer does not have seconds. When I am not sure if I remembered to click "Start" it's not super obvious if the countdown is running or not. The waffles that come out are the BEST quality I have ever had at home! Perfectly soft inside and crisp outside. I'll figure out where to put it in my house and get used to the buttons eventually.

I’m so happy I purchased this unit . Very easy to clean , I made my waffle for the first time & was perfect. I cooked seared the vegetables & chicken breast & came out perfect. I will be using this unit very often . I’m extremely happy I purchased this appliance.
