The doorknob is beautiful but getting it was a nightmare. The lack of communication on what was going on with my order was incredibly stressful. It took over a month for it just to ship when it said it would arrive in 3 days after the order was placed. We actually need another one and I don’t think I can bring myself to order from EmtekWayfair again.
