I was so excited when my pasta maker arrived in the mail! The following day I made pasta with it for the first time. It was easy to assemble and to operate. I don’t think I’ll ever eat pasta from a box again!

It takes a little practice but well worth every penny!!

I had to practice with dough recipes to get the perfect consistency to extrude dough. I love fresh pasta. It is a dream come true for a true pasta lover. I love all the attachments. A little cumbersome to clean with all the intricate parts. They included brush who helps a lot. Great price on sale. I trusted buying because of the Cuisinart brand and it is of quality as expected.

This is just ok. We thought it would be great to have a full pasta maker instead of our attachment to our kitchen aid. Meh……needs a lot more water then recipes call for and it isn’t great at completing the dough mix
