Finally got around to replacing tarnished knocker here when I moved in 36 years ago. Appearance is as pictured on website. Mounting hardware is not the best but doors vary so expect to buy after reviewing instructions. Mounting hole distance was different from old knocker so had to drill. Suggest pan head machine screws and drill holes slightly oversize to allow some play. Mount top screw first and check if flush, then attach bottom. I had to use 1-3/4 inch with two washers on top and 1-1/2 inch with no washer on bottom, but is flush and solid on door now. This is a good product at a fair price and it is a big improvement over my existing knocker!

This was really hard to find, but it worked out perfectly. It is heavy duty and very nice to look at!
