Product (door kick-plate) came damaged and you would think they use better packaging especially for the high cost and to protect the corners where my item was bent. I attempted to straighten out bent by banging it out. Looks better but not perfect for the high price I paid. Damage on box from delivery is shown.

The packaging alone indicates a top notch operation making this thing - it was so substantial it could have been used to ship a work of art!
