Broken and waited a long time for the first one, only offered 20% off the couch and this was the THIRD piece in the order to come broken and the only other items that didn't come broken, still had a problem with the order (they sent two chairs instead of six that we paid for.)

Just got our couch and we love it! Have no idea how it will hold up yet but looks great and so comfortable. Extra wide so two of us can lay on it… perfect for our veranda!

This 5 star review is for the sofa…not for the Wayfair part of the purchase. Sofa is great. We now have 4 of these for outside. Delivery was a disaster. First they were a week late…but without notifying me. Then the delivery people didn’t call first and refused to leave them out on the porch when I asked them to over the phone. So weeks later - another delivery. These guys wouldn’t drive down the driveway or walk the sofa down. Another delay. Finally - we got a good delivery person and it was no issue. Because of this nonsense- this is likely my last Wayfair purchase. It’s not worth the stress, especially when you spend over 7k on 2 outdoor sofas. Never did anybody from Wayfair try to make this right.
