The product was great, but one of the slabs was broken. I wrote to customer service and within a day they responded. They were very prompt with resolving the situation by sending a replacement piece free of charge and it will be here in 2-3 days. Great experience with customer service!!!

I wanted to love it, but it has crevices, and holes that are deep. Even with putting a sealant on it, it will not look really nice. The packing was wonderfully secure!
