I was looking to give my mailbox a refresh and it had an address sign almost exactly like this. I was looking for something similar that hangs from an arm of the post that sticks out. This is the only thing I could find that was similar and it was a perfect fit. The sign seems like good quality metal and it's not flimsy at all like other items I came across in my search.
