it's okay, I like it. not that similar to a down pillow though as an alternative imo.

I returned this item. Although the material felt luxurious there was no substance to the pillow... no support... this is the kind of pillow you have to bunch up not just lay on... and even then I think after bunching it up you may have to do this multiple times during the night. If that is what you want this is perfect but wasn’t for me.

This pillow is immaculate and wonderfully constructed. For me, however, it does not give the support for side sleeping that I expected. Now, I use it to prop myself up on two pillows for reading, but place it aside for snoozing.

Very soft, yet firm enough pillow. I have tried lots and it’s my favorite!
