The overall color of the Christmas tree is beautiful. The end cap on the first piece that fits in the tree stand is difficult to remove.. I received a replacement tree last week. I had to retrieve pliers, a knife, and a rubber hammer to remove the end cap. I have included several pictures of the replacement tree. Once, I assembled the Christmas tree and plugged the transmitter into the outlet the lights turn on and the lights has several varieties to select the sequence. The assemblely was simple and the color is beautiful greenery. The frustrating part of the assemblely was taking off the end cap, which was on very tightly.. Bridgett. Houston, TX. Sat Dec 12 2020

Love the tree. Looks great. Takes a while to spread all the branches but we love that it isn’t as full as some of the others. The light choices are great. If you want a fluffy tree this one is not for you. You will see the trunk but we want to be able to hang ornaments without them sitting on branches. We thought we would have to connect the lights and couldn’t find any connectors that would fit into those. Then we realized that they automatically connect because we saw the wires go into the tree trunk. The directions aren’t clear and had multiple different tree options. They weren’t linked specifically to the tree we had so we weren’t sure which tree directions we needed to follow.. Dian. Crown Point, IN. Mon Dec 12 2022

I ordered this item in late June. It came in two separate huge boxes, there is no practical place for me to store them. I tucked away until yesterday when I opened for use. I was excited to finally have a beautiful new tree with LED multi-colored/white lights! I could not believe how heavy the separate pieces were! It took all the strength I had and several attempts to assemble due to the excessive weight of the sections. When I finally got all sections assembled, the top 12 or so lights do not work! I am beyond frustrated with this tree and I don't even have one ornament on it yet. If it were easier to assemble and all the lights worked, I could rate it much higher. I contacted their hotline and they will send replacement lights (after I register it online) and then I have to send the top section back after Jan 15.. Laura. Michigan. Tue Nov 24 2020
