It came when it was supposed to. Nice tree. Love the different light settings and colors.

Well, there are a lot of nice qualities in this tree but also a few “big” disappoints that made me give it three stars. Good points are that it’s a nice quality built tree. They certainly didn’t scrimp on the lights. The lights have a lot of different options like “all” white, “all”multi- colored lights, blinking, fading, etc. It looks fairly realistic and it’s easy to set up. My problem with the tree are two issues. One: when fully assembled and on the supplied stand, the lowest branches are only 5 inches off the floor. There is virtually no room to put anything “under” the tree except a white sheet. I like to put presents and a train literally “under” the tree. I had to make a special platform to raise it an additional 6 inches so I could accommodate what I’ve been used to doing for years and years. Two: my biggest issue/disappointment is that the tree does not look anywhere as full and lush as all the pictures would lead you to believe. The tree looks fairly sparse when you see it fully assembled. Looking closer at the pic, I realized they put a dark background behind the tree to avoid showing just how see-thru the tree really is. I also noticed that in the instructional video they recommend you look at for “fluffing” up the branches, they have the camera at a high angle to make the tree appear fuller than it really is. Bottom line it’s a “nice” tree but not “great” tree. This tree replaced an artificial tree I had for over 30 years, but it doesn’t come close to looking nearly as full and lush as my old one. Overall, it’s just okay and not a bad value for the price.
