I very rarely submit reviews, but this tree is worth it all 5 stars. This is the first artificial tree I’ve purchased, and I spent a lot of time and research to determine which tree would be best. It’s easy to set up and looks great in my home. There are plenty of lights and I like how they are all connected so you don’t have to plug in multiple strands. I did have a little bit of trouble as I initially didn’t have the top section secured tightly enough and the lights were not working (user error) but I chatted with Wayfair support, and they helped me trouble shoot (fixed in less than 5 minutes). It takes a little bit of time to fluff up the branches but it’s well worth it. My tree looks fuller than the initial product photo... you may notice from the other photos posted in other reviews as well. I think the tree is better in person than the product description shows. Great tree, great price.. Jamie. San Jose, CA. Sat Sep 21 2024

This tree is gorgeous! It's generously and evenly flocked with high quality flocking that adheres well to the tree. And though it isn't advertised as a Vickerman (a brand known for their high price, high quality trees), it is indeed a Vickerman--a fact confirmed by the box it came in. I got the 5.5 ft unlit tree for the same price as the 4.5 ft lit version on other site, and purchased the same pink lights on pink wire, separately. I've already put ornaments on it and it looks positively yummy!. Gabrielle. California. Sat Nov 02 2024
