Lights when out after one season. Bummed out since it’s beautiful

Absolutely an awesome tree, love the looks, very good quality, would definitely buy it again

I love this tree but at our 3rd year the two light strands do not work. We took the tree out this year and the top and bottom strands were burned out . They worked last year. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

The “tree trunk” looks super fake. Kinda looks like it’s wrapped in tissue paper. The lights in one section won’t come on this year and we just got it last year. Super disappointed that we wasted our money on this tree last year

I very rarely submit reviews, but this tree is worth it all 5 stars. This is the first artificial tree I’ve purchased, and I spent a lot of time and research to determine which tree would be best. It’s easy to set up and looks great in my home. There are plenty of lights and I like how they are all connected so you don’t have to plug in multiple strands. I did have a little bit of trouble as I initially didn’t have the top section secured tightly enough and the lights were not working (user error) but I chatted with Wayfair support, and they helped me trouble shoot (fixed in less than 5 minutes). It takes a little bit of time to fluff up the branches but it’s well worth it. My tree looks fuller than the initial product photo... you may notice from the other photos posted in other reviews as well. I think the tree is better in person than the product description shows. Great tree, great price.
