I have never written a negative review but I was very disappointed on the condition of the box and the tree. I am keeping it because I do not want the hassle to return it . To me this was not a small purchase and to have it arrive like it was purchased in a yard sale bothers me . The tree is not exceptional it sheds and the quality is very poor. Wayfair should have better quality check. Marie. Malden, MA. Tue Sep 15 2020

I love this tree. I wanted something that looked real without the care and clean up. This is it. I thought I was going to have to add more lights as well, but 650 are amazingly enough.. Stephanie. Las Vegas, NV. Mon Feb 24 2014

I had a new puppy this fall so I wanted a tree that I could put up a little higher with no fuss. This one was perfect and I was so pleased to be able to get my favorite a Scotch Pine. Anne. Parksville, BC. Fri Feb 05 2021

This tree is fairly easy to assemble, with only three sections plus the base. However, unfolding the branches is tricky because the wires for the lights get tangled in the branches easily. Even with the branches opened up there are some spots that look bare. The base that came with the tree also was lose. I contacted Wayfair and they sent me an entire new tree! The base was much more stable, but again the wires still get tangled up in the branches.. Christine. Glen Burnie, MD. Mon Dec 14 2015
