I am soooo happy I chose this tree! My research was deep. Ha. And I could get Balsam but paid 1/3 of their price for this and after fluffing (tedious af but worth it)… it looks glorious! Super elegant, straight, lots of lights, and well packaged and engineered.

Kind of tacky. Wires visible everywhere

I’m sending this back because when I ordered it, the description did not say “slim” as it does now. I even called customer service and they couldn’t tell me the dimensions of the tree except for the height. As soon as I saw the box I saw it said slim so I knew I would return it. Unfortunately, I’m having to pay $40 for shipping to send it back, even though they couldn’t tell me if it was slim before I bought it. Be careful with ordering an item from here because it costs a lot to return! As far as the quality of the tree, I’m not sure because I never opened the box.

It was amazingly easy to put together and we love the look of the tree.
