Trees are perfect for smaller space, absolutely love them!

Love my tree! Perfect size for the area I wanted it for.

Very good looking. Pretty easy to assemble, although not completely straightforward since they include instructions for all tree sizes and then you have to figure out which electrical set-up applies. It took a bit of time for me to figure that out, but once I did it all went together really easily. I'm going to have to purchase something to store it in, though, because the box got pretty beat up during shipping. Overall, though, I'm very pleased with it appears that it's durable and will last for years.
