I ordered this item in late June. It came in two separate huge boxes, there is no practical place for me to store them. I tucked away until yesterday when I opened for use. I was excited to finally have a beautiful new tree with LED multi-colored/white lights! I could not believe how heavy the separate pieces were! It took all the strength I had and several attempts to assemble due to the excessive weight of the sections. When I finally got all sections assembled, the top 12 or so lights do not work! I am beyond frustrated with this tree and I don't even have one ornament on it yet. If it were easier to assemble and all the lights worked, I could rate it much higher. I contacted their hotline and they will send replacement lights (after I register it online) and then I have to send the top section back after Jan 15.
