The furniture is terrific. But delivery was sheer hell! You need to make it clear to your delivery people when the delivery is “white glove” - even though there was a sticker stating this on the boxes, the delivery order was “drop off” and that’s what the delivery guys go by.. Phyllis. Winchester, CA. Mon Dec 23 2024

There were exactly what I ordered. They have a low sheen to the gorgeous walnut wood. The almost white fabric looks hideous on this chair but I knew I was going to re-upholster when I purchased..now I can't wait to get it done.. Jean. Norwell, MA. Sun Mar 17 2024

Seen here with tapered oak legs, this classic veneered dining chair with hand-carved oak and a parquetry design is a divine star within the Nova collection. Striving for functionality, this upholstered seat is constructed with a top and mid-rail bar joined by stretchers.

The chairs are very well made. Solid construction, the woodgrain is beautiful and the lines are clean. My only negative is I wish the cushions were a bit thicker/plusher. The fabric is also not as cream colored as pictured, not in a bad way, but it's almost like linen (in appearance) with some darker threads mixed in to give it some interesting depth. Overall, very pleased.. Dennis. CA. Wed Mar 11 2026

Every dining room deserves a seat that works as hard as it looks. The Niles Dining Chair is built for retailers and designers who need a piece that reads as considered, not filler — one that anchors a full dining set or works equally well as desk or accent seating. Rather than forcing a choice between comfort and structure, the Niles delivers both. Its brown fabric seat feels considered against everyday use, while the solid wood frame brings the strength retailers can stand behind. Meanwhile, the tapered wood legs keep the silhouette visually balanced, and the armless profile lets it slide in and out with ease for effortless daily use.

These chairs are absolutely gorgeous and really pull the whole space together. The curved design gives them a modern look while still feeling warm and inviting. The fabric has a rich texture, and the color (green) is even better in person—deep, earthy, and easy to pair with different styles. They’re also comfortable, sturdy, well made which was important. The shape kind of wraps around you. The only thing to note is that they run slightly smaller than what you might expect from a traditional dining chair, but that seems to be the direction a lot of newer designs are going anyway. Even with that, they still look great and fit the space really well. Definitely one of those pieces that people notice right away.. Tatiana. VA. Wed May 13 2026
