This was awful! Defective! And the process to get a refund …horrible. You kept wanting to give me a discount on something that was defective. When I didn’t accept, I could never connect with the resolutions Team and finally learned my first 2 complaints were never submitted by the customer service associates to the resolutions team. When it was finally submitted, they asked for all the information I had previously uploaded and I failed to respond to an email from them, and then you would no longer talk to me b/c the 30 day window for return had passed. Bogus! Awful!

Quality chairs. Well packaged. Professional delivery. However, 1. two out of four chairs wobble. 2. despite customer service pledges that Prop 65 paperwork WILL be included none was included.

However, some leathers are inherently sensitive so these products should be spot tested before overall use., For leather: for regular care and cleaning, dust periodically with a dry cloth to remove residual dust and prevent dirt from building up. No harsh cleaners or solvents should ever be used on the leather, as they could abrade the finish or topcoat off the article. For stubborn stains and spills, a lightly damp cloth with warm water should be blotted on the stain to lift and remove it. If this does not work, a mild soap and water solution (Palmolive or Dawn) should be mixed and then blotted to release the stain and then blot again with a dry cloth. This should never be done heavily or in a scrubbing motion. Specially formulated leather cleaner and conditioner can be used to rejuvenate fine leather surfaces
