The furniture is terrific. But delivery was sheer hell! You need to make it clear to your delivery people when the delivery is “white glove” - even though there was a sticker stating this on the boxes, the delivery order was “drop off” and that’s what the delivery guys go by.. The chairs are very well made. Solid construction, the woodgrain is beautiful and the lines are clean. My only negative is I wish the cushions were a bit thicker/plusher. The fabric is also not as cream colored as pictured, not in a bad way, but it's almost like linen (in appearance) with some darker threads mixed in to give it some interesting depth. The first 2 chairs Arrived 5 hours after the delivery window and both chairs were broken in multiple places. I tried to cancel the delivery of the final two chairs and was not permitted to.
