Great chair. The delivery service was more of a 1 star rating. I requested this chair be fully assembled when it arrived to me. It was still in the box. The delivery service was due to come one day, but arrived at the office after hours. They did not deliver the following day. I had to reschedule for 2 days later.. Twila. Springfield, MO. A bit small and not as comfortable as it could be, doesn't adjust back and forth, only up and down.. Hilary. Pompano Beach, FL. Tue Apr 14 2026

Getting the work done in style! Channel quilting on blue velvet is shown on this chair back. Wooden armrests on a metal frame.

Very good looking. The only defect: The metal base bolts onto the bottom of the chair, using 4 bolts that came with the chair. These bolts fit into female receptors under the upholstery of the chair bottom. Two of the female receptors were too deep into the bottom of the chair for the bolts to fit. A trip to the hardware store fixed the problem (with longer bolts) but the problem should still be noted.. Anonymous. US. Sun Dec 04 2022

The Chace leather chair is very nice. Workmanship and quality is very good. There is one downside though and that is the pneumatic mechanism only goes up and down 1 inch. All mechanism that I have seen have at least 2-3 inches of travel. I had to add spacers to raise the height to the right level. I think you should change the mechanism supplier.. Edward. Gallup, NM.
