Delivery was 5 Star, with this very important exception: Upon completion of my delivery, I handed Edward, the lead delivery person of 3 gentleman that delivered my chairs, 3 bottles of water, 3 Hershey chocolate bars, and THREE $20 bills and he said that he would distribute them to his coworkers - I watched him in my driveway hand the other two delivery men a water and chocolate bars BUT HE KEPT THE TIP MONEY TO HIMSELF. Completely underwhelmed by this chair. It's VERY orange in an unnatural way. It's incredibly uncomfortable in both the seat and the back. You would definitely want to use a lumbar pillow.
