Very nice chair, however there were no instructions for either assembly or seat adjustments. We have a glass floor mat for the wheels to roll on and these wheels are quite stiff. As you can tell from the photo taken by your delivery crew after set-up, there are crimps on each wing of the chair, which I believe came from the way it was boxed for delivery. I would've given the chair five (5) stars as it is simply beautiful. Red leather is beautiful and finely designed. However, the flawed design mechanics required demerits. The screw holes to the base and the screw holes to the chair did not aligned and required me to use my adjustable grip pliers. When I was finally able to tighten the screws, the screw heads were stripped. When I turned the chair upright to sit down, a metal piece fell to the floor. The adjustable bar in the base which allows the chair to rise and fall as well as recline comes all the way out of the chair. I deduced the metal piece which broke loose when I turned the chair upright, that was it's function to keep the adjustment bar from coming all the way out.
