I ordered this for a client and it clearly stated in the specs that it had a removable tray top. I told my clients it even suggested that it would afford them extra table space if they placed it upon a couple of stools while having company. Quite embarrassed to find out that this is absolutely not a removable tray top and I was flabbergasted that Perigold would bill it as such. It is quite a pricey item and seems to be well made, but that description error is inexcusable.
