We bought this table for our living room and we love it! SOLID is the word, very high quality. You will not be disappointed! Unlike most glass coffee tables, and metal framed ones, this tables is heavy and solid. There are no seams on the metal joints, the corners are not rounded, but they are smooth with a soft edge so it wont catch on anything or hurt you. The metal joins are seamless and smooth on all sides as well. Its heavy acrylic not that cheap hollow garbage. The glass is heavy and much thicker than your average type. Tip: dont apply chemical cleaners on acrylic, in the past its made it cloudy. Just wipe with a damp cloth. Spray glass cleaner on a cloth for the glass as to not get it on the acrylic. I can't recommend this table enough, Everyone loves it. I have a 3 yo son and a newborn son, and I'm anticipating some shenanigans, this table is heavy duty and hard to move, its smooth all around, obviously a hammer to the glass wont prevent breakage and a bump on the head would hurt, but all in all I think its safe enough with proper supervision! I took a photo to show the thickness of the glass and the corners. This table is gorgeous in person and the perfect size!
