Finish is poor with manufacturing defects in many spots and there are on the front side, very disappointing. I also live in an apt bldg, FedEx just left it in loading bay, they did not bring it into my bldgs general receivingpackage area on 12th floor like all packages big and small got to.

This console looks like the picture on the website. The reason for the 3 stars is this bulky piece of furniture did not get delivered to our apartment despite contacting customer service and did not have white glove service. Very disappointed that we had to arrange to get it to the 7th floor and uncrate it ourselves.

This product is delightful And very unique. They called 20 minutes before they were to arrive. They unboxed it. They put it where I wanted it to go …like the service was exceptional. I couldn’t love it more. It’s just a beautiful piece.
