Nice quality! It is a heavy, sturdy chair. The assembly was a tad more difficult than I expected but not awful. I love the chairs and would recommend them. I ordered it as desk chair for my bedroom rather than a dining chair. It is comfortable for my husband who uses it while he arks at his computer. I only needed one and it came as a set of two so I used the other in the sitting area of my bedroom.
