These stools are beautiful sturdy and appear high quality until you get to the "nubs" floor protectors. Upon arrival of our initial order there were nubs broken on 2 of the chairs. Customer service was fantastic in replacing the 2 damaged chairs however, there has been another nub broken and there is no way to replace or fix just this area so we have a very expensive wobbly chair (very poor designing for the purpose of this part) Now we are just wondering how long before the others do the same. Very Frustrating and disappointed in this product. If anyone has a suggestion to help us Id be happy to update this review.

These are beautiful chairs. Well made and heavy. The gold/paint on one of the chairs is already peeling off before ever used.:((. I still love them but kinda a bummer since they haven’t been used yet.
