The chairs seams on the arm popped out within days of receiving. Reached out to Perigold for help and have gotten no response. Apparently no customer service.

Best home office chair I've ever had. Luxurious feel, good back support, complements other Perigold furniture.

Great chair. The delivery service was more of a 1 star rating. I requested this chair be fully assembled when it arrived to me. It was still in the box. The delivery service was due to come one day, but arrived at the office after hours. They did not deliver the following day. I had to reschedule for 2 days later.

Beautiful, comfortable, fits my stature and is exactly what I needed for my back. Exceeded my expectations. Delivery was very professional. You go, Wayfair.

Chair is great, delivery went well. The pieces that mounts to the bottom of the chair were installed backwards. So the chair leaned forward and wouldn’t recline back, so I had to remove it and reassemble.

This office chair is beautiful. My complaint is the base seems to small for the size of the chair. It has a tendency to tip. I consider it somewhat unsafe. They should make the base wider.

I think this could have been a great chair. The quality of the materials are superb. It is very comfortable. I happen to not like the very dark navy color indistinguishable from black. It’s a great size with a tall-ish back without being clumsy and overwhelming the space. But, unfortunately, the chair came with a defect - it wouldn’t tilt back. So it needed to be returned.

Chair is comfortable and damage free! Delivery was quick and easy!
