The media console is beautiful but it is not fully assembled. I have spent hours on the phone with Wayfair and also in their chat. I want a credit for having the legs put on. They actually come in a separate box. I can't get a live person. They put me on hold for 14 minutes and never got back on! Finally, I asked Amex to hold $200. Will only buy from Wayfair w Amex now. $200.

Poor craftsmanship with poor paint & cracking on front of console. This does not look as nice in person as it is shown in the photos online. Will be returning this.

Absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture. Great quality. So happy with it. Worth every penny! Transformed my room. The front is a subtly shiny shell looking material. Except for the legs, it comes assembled.
