Adore this piece! Wood tone is exactly as pictured. Only disappointing thing is the quality of the cushion. Hopefully it will stand the test of time, but if not, easy enough to order a replacement.

This chair is REALLY gray. It is a weird color gray that makes it look like the wood is fake but it is real wood. Not pretty at all.
