I like the chairs. I was surprised that they came in a box and needed to be constructed. The arm chairs came with "white glove" service and the delivery men were okay with putting those together for me, but they also brought the matching side chairs, which they were not planning on building. They reluctantly built them but they did a poor job. They left the chairs rickety and with oil marks on the cushions. Not great.

Disappointed in finish of chairs. Stain doesn’t have the mahogany look at all. Doesn’t match my mahogany table at all. There is no shine. Stain dull.

Very odd to assemble this expensive of a piece by yourself, but no issue. The real problem is that there are massive quality issues with the leg heights...very wobbly and uneven
