The bed’s head board and foot board were damaged when it was delivered. The factory has poor quality control. However, Perigold customers service for replacement was expeditious and I am satisfied with the service in fixing this problem!

Guys that delivered were fine, polite although I didn't like that they left door open after bringing in each box. Also it was wet & their shoes were making tracks on floor.
