Literally dozens of small ball bearing being found on floor around chair (either from casters or swivel mechanism), starting to become unstable seating platform a few months after purchase, not the most comfortable chair, cosmetically - nice looking chair but if you will use frequently, poor quality of mechanical components, do not recommend.

The chair is terrific, however the color is not brown as shown, but burgundy. The casters are just awful. They don't work at all on carpet and they fell apart in the first few days. I replaced the casters with casters that are MUCH better and stay intact.
