Purchased as an open box item. Very beautiful and comfortable though I will not be able to enjoy it. Wayfair delivered only 1/2 of a recliner. Entire back of the recliner is missing, so I’ve had 1/2 of a recliner sitting in my living room for 4 days. Waiting patiently for Wayfair to refund my money or send the next 1/2 of the recliner.
