The Chace leather chair is very nice. Workmanship and quality is very good. There is one downside though and that is the pneumatic mechanism only goes up and down 1 inch. All mechanism that I have seen have at least 2-3 inches of travel. I had to add spacers to raise the height to the right level. I think you should change the mechanism supplier.

We were very disappointed with the chair. We returned it. The chair seat could not be raised to a height that allowed working at the desk comfortably. It would have needed a pillow to be useful. Pretty chair but not useful.

Chair disappointed as it had no comfort or support. Lasted for just a few months of use.

Beautiful chair. It’s the perfect size if you do not want a large executive chair. The leather is top quality. The base is well done in wood which I prefer over a metal base. The swivel is very smooth.
