Chairs are wonderful, but delivery and assembly totally subpar! Will not accept delivery from this company (Blue Streak) again. We discovered after they left, the chairs were not properly assembled (rails missing, screws hand tightend or missing, rails installed upside down, screws thru the legs of two chairs, etc.). We even tipped the delivery guys a $100 then discovered all of this. We are furnishing a whole house and found the purchase to be a great deal, but would hesitate to order again, if same delivery company was involved.

Finally got my chair. Everything I was looking for very sturdy does not have that she failed.

This chair looks exactly like this picture when assembled. The quality of the wood is excellent, much more durable than my previous chairs, and the instructions were first-rate, just what you should expect from a top-rated furniture company like!

Love the chairs. Solid and heavy and looks great.
