Stylish, well-made and comfortable, I plan to use as dining chairs in an all-adult home. We’ll have to be careful since the light suede could be vulnerable to staining. But these chairs are just what I wanted for lingering long at the dining table.

I was disappointed with this purchase. The product was advertised as being preassembled, but it was not. When I tried to assemble it myself, I discovered that one of the key pieces was too short, making it impossible to complete the chair. Wayfair initially offered to send a replacement part, which sounded like a reasonable solution. However, after I agreed, I was told it could take several days just to determine whether they could even provide the replacement. That level of uncertainty is frustrating when you've already received a defective product. I had planned to purchase three more of these chairs, but after this experience I've decided not to. Between the inaccurate product description, the manufacturing issue, and the slow, uncertain customer service process, I no longer have confidence in this product or the buying experience. I would recommend looking at other options if you need reliable quality and timely support.
