Disappointed with both the product and the service The Glenwood 34” Tall Chest arrived with a large crack in the solid wood base and uneven drawers. For a piece at this price point, the quality issues were immediately obvious. I contacted Wayfair customer service to request a replacement. After spending a couple of hours dealing with frustrating and unhelpful service (including being bounced between chat and phone with no clear resolution), nothing was resolved. I was offered a repair that isn’t practical for solid wood, and the overall experience left me feeling ignored. I expected better from both the furniture and Wayfair’s support. Very disappointed.
