This chair is a statement. Don’t expect to cozy up in this chair however. Without an ottoman there is a tendency to shift about in it after about 10 minutes sitting. Leaning back on it is where you will find it’s value in comfort. The Hermès color is stunning. It took a long time to be delivered, but at least the delivery team was great. One star deduction because it seems to lack “heft”, maybe its the wood, I just don’t know, but I have another chair of this size and it has a “weight” to it, this one does not.
