We ordered two. The first shipment received were unacceptable - cracks in wood, finish worn, drawers didn't work properly. To your credit, the customer service department made good by replacing and partially crediting account. Of the two replacement units, one was as expected the other was acceptable but still had an issue with one of the drawers. In short, inconsistent quality with this product.

great night stands, though one arrived damaged at first but Wayfair fixed it. only other complaint is that the drawers are push-to-close and sometimes get a little misaligned. not an issue since I dont use the drawers much. but they are such a big, beautiful size and love the warm walnut tone.

Address spills immediately by wiping with a dry, soft cloth. Use coasters, trivets, and placemats for protection against hot or wet items. Dust regularly with a soft, damp cloth, followed by a dry one. Spot clean as needed with a soft cloth and mild soap. Do not use furniture polish, ammonia-based cleaners, or other chemicals as they will leave a wax buildup and will change the appearance of the wood over time. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, chemical solvents, strong detergents, furniture polish, and cleaners with bleach. Avoid lengthy exposure to direct sunlight (unless outdoor-specific items) as it may cause the finish to change. Always lift and carry, do not drag when moving furniture.
