I ordered this chair based on the reviews I read and after researching the manufacturer. I love the look of the chair and the material used but I was disappointed with the comfort level. The lack of padding on the back of the chair makes for awkward sitting posture.

Comfortable. Look good in the space

The seat is hard and stiff and too high for me. I can barely touch the floor.

Fashionable and inexpensive! I’ve had them for two years with no complaints. However, I tried washing the pillow with a clear mild detergent in cold water with no heat and the color faded. I’m a little afraid to wash the entire chair cover. I swapped it out for an accent pillow and it looks great. The fabric may not be suitable for high traffic areas.

This is a great chair. It is perfect for my need which is a chair that focusses into the conversation circle but turn for watching TV. It is a little large for me, but am using a foot stool. I also tried the “open box” option so the price was great as well.
