Drawers barely open. You can’t really put anything in it. Bad design and poor quality.

I would strongly advise against buying this dresser. For the price, I expect it to be able to function as a day-to-day dresser, in which it fails spectacularly. I feel qualified to say that since we have had *two* delivered (first one was considered damaged; when the second arrived we realized, "Wow. They just didn't care when they designed this."). Here's its failures: 1) The drawer glides are so tight that you have to use leverage (e.g., foot against the wall or against the dresser itself) to pull out a drawer. The 200 lb dresser will physically pull away from the wall before the drawer opens--that's how tight it is. Our solution has been to not close the drawers all the way. Not a great look. 2) Half the drawer handles jiggle. There is no tightening. It feels really cheap for a dresser that was this price. 3) The drawer height is so shallow and the height on the back of the drawer is so low that you really have to have it underfilled, otherwise your stuff will get shoved out the back behind the drawers, which leads me to my fourth issue. 4) I'm not convinced these drawers come off their glides. Luckily my forearms were small enough for me to wiggle it into the space behind the drawers to get a shirt that had been shoved over the back. But for a smaller item like a sock, I don't think it would be retrievable. These are issues across both dressers we received, so it feels firmly like a design issue rather than an individual dresser issue. We are hoping the drawer glides loosen up over time. However, #2-#4 issues remain. All in all, it's been a really disappointing buy. I have considered returning this second one, too. I think people need to be warned that this dresser is awful for functionality. If you want it for day-to-day, I would not recommend. If you only have to access something inside once a week, then it could be worth it for the design aesthetic, which is beautiful in person and as pictured.
