The bar stool, J27B, is a classic piece of furniture by Borge Mogensen from his time as head of FDB's furniture design studio in the 1940s. A frugal and simple design that doesn't make much of a fuss, but fulfils the requirements for which the bar stool was originally intended - to be useful in everyday life and radiate a timeless design for the general public. The J27 is a flexible piece of furniture with multiple functions as needed. Therefore, it can be used at the high table, and at the same time, it's a great place to sit for an informal conversation or when doing homework in the kitchen living room. In line with Borge Mogensen's uncompromising demand for high quality, the bar stool is produced in materials ensuring long durability with a natural, patinated look over the years.
