As already noted, the chair was delivered on time, and I am satisfied with it. Noted, however, that the delivery people did not remove the packing material from the lobby of my apartment building. When I telephoned to complain about this, the representative was polite and apologetic and said she'd make a note of this, so that it wouldn't happen again. But the fact of the matter is that it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
